*Note* Both forms are required to setup direct deposit or payroll deductions or to make changes to your payroll deductions.

1)  Complete the necessary form and sign.

2)  Attach any supporting documentation.

3)  Submit to your Payroll Clerk for signature and processing.

We have discontinued the linked account service in order to offer a new and better service. Users of our new SCU on Web service have the option to share their accounts with any other account from The State Credit Union. Under services select the Share account and follow the prompt to set it up any way that you want.
