15. E-Mail - At the present time, we may perform certain transactions based upon receipt of an email. However, we are under no obligation to perform any transaction received via email. It is your responsibility to contact us by phone or mail regarding any unauthorized transaction, stop payment request, or other transaction. Types of email requests we may perform are inquiries to accounts (when the party is identifiable) and requests for certain services like a member or loan application.
